Pocket doula is having me just a text or phone call away throughout your pregnancy as it progresses.
If you have any questions during your pregnancy, want to talk anything through, debrief an appointment or want evidence based information and resources sent through to you, you can hit me up anytime.
I will be available to you virtually throughout your pregnancy and also postnatally.

An offering that allows the opportunity to go deeper into your birth preferences and wishes.
2 antenatal sessions over zoom focusing on planning for the birth experience you hope for and deserve
Text/phone support throughout the duration of pregnancy until labour begins
A postnatal debrief over zoom within 14 days after the birth of your beautiful baby
Text/phone support postnatally for the first 4 weeks of your postpartum period

An offering designed to support you through in depth birth preparation as well as easing you into your labour. I want you to feel confident and held as you enter the liminal phase of labour.
This package includes:
2 antenatal sessions that are bespoke to you and your pregnancy, deep diving into all things birth and postpartum.
Text/phone support throughout pregnancy from booking to birth
Text/phone Support during early labour to help you feel calm and confident as you enter the separation phase of the birth process
A postnatal Debrief within 14 days after the birth of your beautiful baby
Text/phone support postnatally for the first 6 weeks of your postpartum period
